Provided meals with conference pass:

  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided on each full day of the conference
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided each day
  • Hors d'oeuvres will be served at the welcome event
  • Dinner will be provided at the Tuesday evening party
Can I register for someone else?

Yes, our registration form allows you to register on behalf of others. Make sure you fill out the proper attendee name for the conference pass.

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

You have the option to pay by credit card or by wire transfer. Just select your payment option in the registration form and you will be billed accordingly.

Do I need a visa to attend the conference?

International attendees and speakers will generally need to obtain a visa to enter the United States. There are a few exceptions to this rule that are covered on the US Department of State visa website.

You can pick up your badge, t-shirt, and conference materials at the registration desk during registration hours. The registration desk is located in the Garden Court at the Crowne Plaza.

Will internet access be available?

WiFi will be available at the Nagios World Conference. Information on how to access will be provided on-site and in the Nagios World Conference Event Guide.

What can my spouse or family do while I'm at the conference?

We have special day trips that are available to spouses and family of conference attendees. This years events are currently TBD but once information is available it will be posted in the events section.

Will I have access to presentation material after the conference?

Yes, the presentations will be available for free after the conference.

Where can I find presentation slides and videos?

Videos from conference presentations will be available on our YouTube channel after the conference by the end of October.
