Attendee Cancellations and Changes

A booking may be cancelled and attendee fees refunded up to 60 days before the beginning of the event – July 12th, 2016. Nagios Enterprises will charge a cancellation fee of $150. After this date (applicable also to late bookings), cancellation is no longer possible and the package chosen must be paid in full. Reservations may be transferred to another participant at any time.

Payment

Payment for registration must be received in full within 15 days of a registration. Nagios Enterprises reserves the right to reallocate any registrations which do not meet these payment terms. Discount codes must be used at time of registration and may not be retroactively applied.

Promotions

Promotions, such as limited time flash sales, are only valid for new registrations made during the specified dates stated on our official conference page – go.nagios.com/conference. No refunds are allowed for attendees who have purchased their pass prior -or- after the duration of the flash sale. Conference registrations made using a flash sale discount code are not eligible for volume, educational, or non-profit discounts. In order to receive the limited time discounted rate, you must use the specified discount code at time of registration.

Participation Limitations

Participation in the conference and conference activities is strictly limited to fully paid attendees. Spouses, family members, and friends of attendees will only be admitted if additional conference passes are purchased. No children or minors under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to participate in the conference or conference activities.

Liabilities

Nagios Enterprises reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter the program of the event at short notice. In the event of a postponement all registrations will remain valid. Should the conference be cancelled, all fees paid will be reimbursed in full. In no event will the liability Nagios Enterprises exceed the sum paid for the conference registration.

Photographic and Audio/Visual Recordings

Presentations and events at the conference may be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or 3rd parties. Upon registration, the attendee hereby gives Nagios Enterprises permission to use, publish, and/or reproduce images and audio taken for the purpose of promotion, advertisement, and other related campaigns.

Intellectual Property

Products and product names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All conference graphics and materials are owned by Nagios Enterprises. Speakers grant Nagios Enterprises a perpetual, worldwide license to use and publish content of their presentations.
